UNIVERSITY GREEK LIFE: ALCOHOL AWARENESS

CORPORATE LIFE: SUPPORTING INDIVIDUALS IN RECOVERY

CORPORATE LIFE: SUPPORTING INDIVIDUALS IN RECOVERY

As we navigate the complexities of alcohol consumption, it's crucial not only to understand its effects on our bodies but also to consider the decisions we face while under its influence. Whether it's the temptation to get into a car with a stranger, venture to a party where we don't know anyone, or leave our friends for a different group, each choice carries significant risks. Even seemingly innocuous decisions like staying behind for 'just one more' drink or staying at a bar alone can have serious consequences. Being coherent and able to make informed decisions is paramount in these situations. By empowering sororities and fraternities with knowledge and awareness through delivering in person workshops, Dry Society helps students navigate these challenges with confidence and safeguarding their well-being.

CORPORATE LIFE: SUPPORTING INDIVIDUALS IN RECOVERY

Statistics reveal that 70% of illicit users are employed full or part time...  ”Illicit” meaning illegal. Pause and think about this a moment…70% of illicit users hold a full or part time job. And some organizations pretend the problem doesn’t exist. Another strategy to 'dealing with' substance use disorder and employees is hoping the problem remains hidden or out of sight. We know there is a better way!

It is critical to continue the conversation and create an environment of community, acceptance and growth, and Dry Society can help your company do this!
